SUMMARY
This study uses six Olink panels including Cardiometabolic, Cardiovascular II, Cardiovascular III, Development, Inflammation, and Metabolism, resulting in 552 protein assays and 541 unique proteins. The pre-processed data were provided in the arbitrary unit normalized protein expression (NPX) on a log2 scale, where a high NPX represents high protein concentration. Dendrograms showing gene_expression in heatmaps have been clustered using the Ward2 algorithm, an implementation of "Ward`s" minimum variance method implemented as "Ward.D2" in R package pheatmap27.
