SUMMARY

    The incidence for other adenomas is lower, being around 1-4/100,000 person-years for nonfunctioning adenomas, 0.4/100,000 person-years for GH secreting adenomas and 0.2/100,000 person-years for ACTH secreting adenomas. Combining these data with those from autopsy series as described above, suggests that approximately 0.5% of all pituitary tumors . . .
