Other pediatric questionnaires, such as the EMPATHIC-30, cover only single facets of care integration (e_g, family-centered care experiences) and are limited to individual pediatric disciplines. The authors excluded three items on goal setting and access to medical records (original items 13, 30, and 31) from the beginning because the response scale deviated from a Likert scale (e_g, yes/no response format). Did all medical providers have access to the medical records that were important to them (e_g, doctors` letters)? Factor 1 "Team quality and amp; communication" reflects the perceived quality of care . . .
