The information from these searches was verified with each respondent. Data collection occurred in May-July, and targeted agency representatives (e_g, directors, executives, and any staff who was familiar with the agency`s operations). The survey was conducted at a time when the most restrictive stay-at-home orders were in effect in many states . . .
