- What: By measuring Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) as key performance indicators, this study analyzes four main areas of financial management: cash flow management, debt management, working capital management, and capital structure. The analysis shows that companies that are able to manage interest expenses well have more stable ROA and ROE performance.
