    The parental stress analysis showed that, in the sample, parental stress levels were already high at baseline in all the scales of the Parenting Stress Index (Parental Distress, Parent-Child Dysfunctional Interaction, Difficult Child, and Total Stress), highlighting that there were different stress factors related to the parental role, to the parent-child relationship, and finally, to the individual characteristics of the child.
