    Using incognito Standardized Patients (SPs)-individuals from the local community trained to act as real patients with a set of simulated symptoms or problems- the research team found that the sampled providers in the THCs correctly diagnosed tuberculosis only 38% of the time; providers in the sample`s VCs only correctly diagnosed tuberculosis 28% of the time.
