- What: This study seeks to address critical gaps in understanding the methods and impacts of ICH revival by systematically reviewing global experiences. The aim is to uncover the experiences and challenges associated with current ICH revival approaches. Ultimately, the review aims to promote the sustainable development of ICH and its positive interaction with society. This approach has been criticized for commercially appropriating traditional music performance spaces through copyright, lacking consultation with music practitioners or those who perceive the music as an artistic and cultural heritage (Vallely, 2014).
