- what: This study investigates these claims by empirically examining the relationship between organizational democracy perception of and workplace incivility. The aim/idea of this study was to provide some evidences to literature on empirical outcomes of this yearly old construct. Generalizability, that is, the study was only conducted on small samples from a few bank branches.
