- what: Previously the authors rationally designed a singlechain tetramer MagR (SctMagR) as a building block to facilitate MagR assembly (Yang et_al, 2022), and here in this study, the authors designed a better iron-sulfur binding_site in clMagRT57C with prolonged stability at room temperature. The work the authors presented in here, as well as in previous report, may serve as steady steps toward the magnetogenetics . . .
