- What: The aim of this study was to conduct anthropometric measurements of deltoid muscle like thickness, length, and width. The study aimed to identify and recommend a safe site for deltoid intramuscular injection. The project was submitted and presented to the Research Review Board (RRB) and after its approval, it was forwarded to the Institutional Ethical Committee of the institute. The authors focused on the acromial origin of the deltoid muscle (DM).
