- what: This research demonstrated that ACKR2 expression was enhanced in normal skin compared to psoriatic plaques in psoriatic patients. ACKR2 appears as a novel immunomodulatory actor in the setting of dietinduced inflammation of the hypothalamus, and approaches aimed at raising ACKR2 hypothalamic expression may be practical for enhancing metabolic control in obesity .
