  • What: This study aimed to fill research gaps relating to how automation etiquette interacts with task-criticality, automation stage, and automation reliability. The overall goal of the task is to match the closest pair of colored green (taxi) and red (customer) boxes. The aim of this secondary task was to generally increase the level of difficulty of the targeting/dispatching task.
