- how: At 4 weeks after operation granulation tissue hyperplasia and scar contracture were observed in the tracheal lumen of rabbits(Fig 2CD).This result was consistent with the tracheal anatomy(Fig 3CD). The results showed that OCT could detect the hierarchical structure of the trachea in detail including the epithelial layer mucosa layer submucosa layer and cartilage layer.
