- what: The authors demonstrate that the Nb incorporation does not affect the growth and crystallinity of the WSe2 layers but it makes them conducting at room temperature and provides electronic states for carrier diffusion and the detection of the VNE (see Supplementary Note 4). In Fig 4b, the authors show the full angular dependence of V a for u03bc0 H=u03bc0 H r.
