SUMMARY

    The study comprises a clinical and morphological analysis of the outcome in patients with cTBAD and LLI managed with a "TEVAR-first" policy. The local institutional protocol for the treatment of cTBAD stipulates a TEVAR-first strategy with coverage of the primary entry, irrespective of the clinical presentation and/or associated malperfusion. Morphological assessment was performed by visualization in a case-by-case fashion, displaying the extent of the dissected segments, the localization of the main entry and the re-entries, and the extent of the TLC, in terms of the aortic zones before . . .
