- what: The study demonstrated that three main PMFs from the peel of C. reticulata "Chachi," namely, TAN, HxMF, and HpMF significantly inhibited ox-LDL-induced inflammatory factor secretion.
- how: Western blot results showed that HpMF significantly suppressed both SRA1 and CD36 expression from 12 to 50 µM .
