Traditional chinese medicine and sarcopenia: a systematic review

  • who: Lei Fang from the Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Standardization, Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shanghai, China have published the research: Traditional Chinese Medicine and Sarcopenia: A Systematic Review, in the Journal: nutrients, promoting blood circulation, and eliminating inflammation, as shown in Figure 2. Traditional Chinese exercises have originated from traditional Chinese medicine, and include Wu Qin Xi, Yi Jin Jing, Ba Duan Jin, and Tai Chi. These are gymnastic exercise consisting of various components such as endurance, resistance, balance, flexibility, breathing . . .
