    Despite the available first-line therapies for major depression, around 1/3 of patients will develop treatment-resistant depression (TRD). Of note during this phase of treatment was that the patient remained on 3 mg of clonazepam per day throughout treatment, which he was unable to wean off because of crippling anxiety . . .
