- what: Although ribosome recycling was not the focus of the study , the use of profiling data from recycling factor-depleted cells allowed the authors to observe that some nucleotides and codons in the P site have specific effects in rli1-d cells but not in wild-type or eRF1 mutant cells (Figs 5- 7).
