- how: Analysis of TCGA breast cancer cohort dataset found that three of the genes were expressed in triple-negative breast u00adcancers33 (Fig 5D-F) LCN2 showed high transcriptional expression level in some tumors similar to the above transcriptomic analyses. In pilot studies the authors identified an EGFRi that demonstrated in_vivo antitumor activity in the WHIM2 basal-like TNBC PDX.
