- What: The authors aimed to identify issues in the assessment of social frailty in community-dwelling older adults by highlighting trends in the elements extracted from each study based on Bunt et_al`s classification. Forty percent of the studies did not specify which items were used to determine social frailty or simply used scale scores for group comparisons but tended not to examine the clinical implications of the scores.
