  • what: The authors demonstrated that elevated expression of TRIB3 is positively associated with the initiation and progression of breast cancer as well as with the poor prognosis of breast cancer patients by enhancing breast cancer stemness. This work provides a proof-of-concept for directly targeting BCSCs against breast cancer through inhibition of the TRIB3/AKT1 interaction.
