    The obtained mixture solution was then sonicated for 30 min by adjusting the sweep frequency (≈ 37 kHz, 300W). To prepare sulphur doped copper ferrites (S-CuFe2O4), 500 mg of C ­ uFe2O4 powder was transferred to autoclave reactor and appropriate amount of 1% thiourea solution (5 mg, 0.01 M) was added into this mixture and mixture . . .
