- what: In an excellent agreement with this work, the viscosity of adhesives made from acid hydrolyzed potato starch was reported to be lower than that of native 9 of 12 starch. From Table 2, this work suggested that the hydrophobic starch laurate samples can be obtained by increasing the transesterification reaction times (u22652 h).
