  • what: The authors report ultrafast optical pump-probe reflectivity measurements in few-layer MBT, accompanied by ultralowfrequency Raman data, of carrier and coherent interlayer phonon dynamics as a function of sample thickness, with the layer number varying from 4 to 25. The authors show that the S(1) modes also fit well to the linear chain model, with a slightly lower f0,S=545 . . .
