Most of the work mainly focus on MRI or CT and a few on ultrasound , evaluating the activation for complete structures. The authors aim to analyze network activations for borders, particularly differentiating between distinct and completed types, utilizing Seg-Grad-CAM as an explainability tool. The authors propose to calculate the distinct borders as the Hadamard product between the border label (B, performed by an expert, Fig 3b) and the edged-smoothed ultrasound image created by applying smoothed and gradient . . .
