Understanding efl teachers’ occupational anxiety under double reduction policy

  • What: This study investigates the impact of China`s on the occupational anxiety (OA) and well-being of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teachers in secondary schools in Shenzhen. Although phenomenology and ethnography were considered, they were deemed unsuitable because the study focuses on individual perceptions of OA rather than a specific phenomenon or cultural analysis.
