Uniform 3d scattering point model for simulating the dynamic radar echo from wind farm

• What: Considering that the radar echo from the static tower can be simply filtered by the low-pass filter, and the rotation blades are the main reason why wind turbine generates specific radar echoes and Doppler waveforms, only the rotation blades of the wind turbines are constructed with fine surface model. In this paper, the wind turbine radar echo simulation is carried out in the high frequency radar irradiation, and the low-frequency breakdown problem of triangular facet partition is ignored.
