Samples of whole insects, empty bodies (without guts), guts and faeces as well as leaves were analysed using an ultra-high performance liquid chromatograph coupled to a quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometer (UHPLC-QTOF-MS/MS), revealing different metabolites specifically found in samples of certain glucosinolate-feeding treatments.
