- how: The authors have found an oncogenic role of FAT1 via modulation of immunosuppression using primary cultures derived from surgical gliomas and the U87MG cell line. Similar observations were also made in TIMER2.0 analysis where the authors had found a positive correlation between FAT1 expression and infiltration levels of tumor-promoting MDSCs in TCGA cases of cervical cancer . . .
