SUMMARY
Although the authors describe a pilot study based on a small set of proband urine samples, it served the authors to establish the correlation and ranking of different urine and EV parameters that can be addressed in larger validation studies, run in an independent cohort(s), and in combination with the specific condition biomarkers. To decrease the impact of a random operational errors to a small sample size, the authors have independently processed two aliquots for each urine sample.
