- What: The aim of this paper is twofold: First, it establishes the A+ Inquiry model as a theoretical lens for assessing needs regarding program assessment workload. The survey was not designed to measure Awareness explicitly, but these findings beg the question of whether faculty with unfavorable perspectives toward the potential impact of assessment are aware of all stages that make up a comprehensive assessment process.
