• What: To answer these questions, the authors set ourselves the following objectives: 1. The remaining 7 studies were analysed to determine the ways in which IT educators use AI chats in their professional activities and the problems faced by educators when using AI chats in their professional activities. Later, the research was conducted using Scopus AI, an AI-based tool designed to navigate the rich academic landscape of the Scopus platform.
