- What: This study proposes a modified approach to address this issue. This approach aims to provide reliable source data and calculation process. In this study, the four COCOMs are determined using the nine CPCs listed above. This study collects 15 groups of risk data through a Likert scale ranging from 0 to 5, as shown in Fig 3, and then 15 sets of CPC data are collected from the risk data after repeating the operation.
