- what: The authors sequenced the plastomes of 39 individuals of Pistacia chinensis sampled from the germplasm bank, and assessed the variation in the genomes.
- how: The PCA results was showed in Figure S3. The results indicated that during the cultivation process the genetic diversity of P. chinensis may have decreased suggesting that more genotypes which are potentially of use in further breeding of this important species . . .
