- what: The aim of S-ClimWaRe (Seasonal Climate predictions to support Water Reservoirs management in Spain) initiative is to improve the management of reservoirs in Spain by using scientifically based climate information and seasonal forecasts. The methodology here applied follows closely the approach described by Brown et_al and recommended for cases where hydroclimate variability is linked to certain dominant variability patterns.
