    While all of these factors can lead to employee complaints, more studies (e_g, Piasentin and Chapman, 2006; Westover and Taylor, 2010; Rubin and Edwards, 2020) based on the theory of work adjustment suggested that the misfit between employees` need and organizations` reward was the principal cause of Western employees` complaints in the workplace.
