SUMMARY

    The authors carried out an intensive longitudinal study (also known as ecological momentary assessment) using self-report data collected through a custom smartphone app supplemented by activity data from a wrist worn accelerometer. The methods were tested in a 7-day pilot study in November 2020- December 2020 with 20 participants to check that the data items had good face validity with participants and were answered appropriately.
