A recent scoping review found that various stakeholders experience that supervisors` attitudes and behaviours have a significant impact on sick leave and the return-to-work process. The authors aimed to explore supervisors´ experiences with attending to employees` sick leave and return to work process regardless of the employees diagnosis.
