Arguably, a strong sense of community and high levels of social support in the workplace are key to successfully managing employees working from home. This paper addresses a gap in the existing evidence base by examining sense of community and social support across one year of the pandemic and mandated WFH, and if sense of community and social support in the workplace are associated with self-rated general health.
