SUMMARY
This study focused on exploring e-mental health usage intention and actual utilization, workplace wellness, and mental health literacy amongst digital workers, particularly during the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic in Malaysia. Past studies demonstrated that, even if Malaysian employees increased personal awareness of available mental health resources, the workers would remain reluctant to receive succour, mainly due to poor mental health literacy.
