HIGHLIGHTS
- What: This study demonstrated the in_vitro and in_vivo antifungal potential of Rottlerin, as well as its antibiofilm and antienzymatic potential against Candida spp. of clinical relevance, in subinhibitory concentrations (½MIC). To compare the survival percentage averages between treatments, concentrations and yeasts, the analysis of variance technique was used with the effect estimated by the partial eta squared statistics.
