HIGHLIGHTS
- What: The authors discusses the well-known waterfalls of valley from a historical perspective examining role in and impact on the landscape development. The present survey conducted in 2024 was based on field visits and mostly on the information collected from secondary sources available online. In this study primary data was collected from surveys, group discussion with people who reside around waterfalls and from visitors local/non-local who had visited waterfalls of the study area. In addition to this, the data for this study has been collected from various journals, articles, newspapers and Books.
