  • What: Identify the Relationship Between the Independent Variable and the Dependent Variable At this stage, an analysis of the contribution of the independent variables, namely transformational leadership and self-efficacy, is carried out on the dependent variable, namely organizational citizenship behavior. The results of the research show a positive relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, meaning that the principal has the behavior motivating teachers at the PGRI Vocational School, Bogor Regency with a good attitude, can explain the vision and role of the teachers, and can bring teachers to their best performance.
