- What: The authors demonstrate how DeepPBS can work in conjunction with structure prediction methods for predicting specificity for proteins without available experimental structures (Fig 3a-d). As an example, the authors show the DeepPBS ensemble prediction for the NF-κB biological assembly from the benchmark dataset. The authors show the RI scores (with min-max normalization applied) calculated for heavy atoms within 5 Å of the sym-helix (Fig 4a).
