- What: Despite this, studies show that in many educational contexts, particularly in Malaysia, school leaders do not adequately cultivate such a culture (IAB, 2020). The outcomes of this study focus on the content validation procedure pertaining to the research culture assessment instrument. This study effectively formulated and validated a research culture survey questionnaire designed specifically for Malaysian secondary schools.
