HIGHLIGHTS
- What: In this study, a comparative analysis was conducted between RPA-CRISPR/Cas12a or RPACRISPR/Cas12a-NaOH and two enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits, along with a quantitative polymerase_chain_reaction (qPCR) method. The study provides support for the efficacy of the RPA-CRISPR/Cas12a or RPA-CRISPR/ Cas12a-NaOH assay to detect E. granulosus in canine feces, demonstrated by their satisfactory LOD, specificity, and sensitivity.
- Who: Guoqing Shao and colleagues from the Department of Parasitology, College of Veterinary Medicine, Sichuan Agricultural University, Chengdu, PRChina have published the research work: Development of a Copro-RPA-CRISPR . . .
