Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) induced by a high-fat diet was used to investigated the Kupffer cells M2 polarization in the liver which shows that liraglutide can reverse the negative effects of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease by modulating Kupffer cell M2 polarization . . .
