HIGHLIGHTS
- What: In this study, a total of 223 responses were obtained, considering a 50% willingness of community pharmacists to participate in research projects, as supported by the literature . The aims of PGx in precision medicine were widely acknowledged by most participants. Unfortunately, the investigation showed in both groups some difficulties in understanding this concept: only almost half of the pharmacists in both countries recognized the importance of immunization as a preventive measure. The second section of the study focused on assessing the pharmacists` knowledge of PM and PGx.
